Registration

The organizational process requires you to register for ECSS 2009 and the pre-summit Workshop. The registration fee of the Summit covers:

• Participation in all activities of the Summit
• Coffee breaks and lunches, and the conference dinner on Thursday evening
• Conference materials

For those attending the Department Chair Workshop an additional registration is required, covering the activities, materials, lunch, coffee and tea breaks.

• Companion invitations at the conference dinner on Thursday, October 8th are available for EUR 40.

In the following table are the registration fees for ECSS 09:

Please, register early to take advantage of the reduced fees.

If you have trouble with the online payment form you can do one of two things:

• Send credit-card details by fax to +41 44 632 14 35.
• Bring the appropriate amount in cash, after your arrival to the event.

In either case, you must contact us by email to let us know that you will be using one of the above alternative payment options.
