Informatics Jobs Service: Info & Pricing
The Informatics Europe Jobs Service is available to post job advertisements of positions requiring a PhD degree or higher (e.g.: scientific researcher, post-doc, professor, etc) in Informatics, Computing, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology or other closely related fields. Advertisements for PhD positions in universities or other higher education institutions granting PhD degrees can also be posted. Academic or higher education institutions as well as industrial or governmental institutions are welcome to post job advertisements.
How to post a job advertisement
To post a job advertisement in the Informatics Jobs Service you need to be have an account in the Informatics Europe website. If you don't have an informatics-europe.org account yet, please register for one.
Members of Informatics Europe, after login, should follow the link "My Job Service Ads" in the Members' Area box and further included instructions. The service is completely free of charge to members of the association.
Non-members of Informatics Europe must register to the website and additionally to purchase a subscription to post a job. For prices and current offers, see details below.
Pricing
After the first year, the prices and conditions are to be the following:
- Members of Informatics Europe
Informatics Europe member institutions are entitled to free, unlimited, job advertisements.
- Non-members of Informatics Europe
The pricing for posting a job advertisement in the Informatics Jobs Service for institutions non-member of Informatics Europe is as follows:
- Single job advertisement: 190 EUR
- Annual Subscription: 890 EUR
The Annual Subscription option includes:

- 5 single job advertisements in a year (counted from the day of the subscription).
- announcement in the Informatics Europe Members Monthly Bulletin.
- announcement in the ie-announce mailing list.
Each adverstisement will have a 60-days posting time.
In the first year of the service, non-members of Informatics Europe also benefit from the free posting offer. Please note, however, that you still need to fill out the purchase a subscription form for registration purposes; you will not be billed while the offer is valid.
