Evaluating the quality of computer science research

Charter of the working group

In this working group the evaluation of research in computer science/informatics is discussed.

We both gather information on evaluation practice in different countries/institutions, and aim at issuing proposals on how this evaluation should better be achieved taking into account the specificity of our field.

As the convener, I would like first to know who wants to work in this group. Christine Choppy, November 21st, 2006.
