You are requested to pay directly to the hotel. Please always mention ECSS 2016 and your reservation number. For any change in travel plans, please contact the hotel directly.

The Organising Secretariat has negotiated favourable prices for ECSS 2016 participants. October is a peak tourist and business season in Budapest, so please make your reservation as early as possible, considering the reservation deadline.   Passed the deadline, the hotel reserves the right to confirm bookings subject to availability.
