The Computing Science and Engineering Department (INGI) belongs to the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, Electronics and Applied Mathematics (ICTEAM) at the Louvain School of Engineering (EPL) of the Université catholique de Louvain where it conducts its world-class multi-disciplinary research. The department is home to 11 Professors and about 50 researchers, active in the fields of Biomedical Engineering, Communication Systems and Networks, Cryptography and Security, Constraint Programming, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Data and Pattern Mining, Software Engineering, Software Verification, Distributed Computing, Programming Languages, Software Evolution and Development.
