Introduction
Over the past few years, because of the growing use of computers in every aspect of society, the need for qualified software engineers has grown drastically. Consequently, the Department of Software Engineering was established in 2005, and is currently one of the nine departments in Turkey offering undergraduate degrees in this domain.
